Home Ownership

Habitat’s Home Ownership program builds and rehabilitates simple, decent houses alongside our homeowner partner families. In addition to a down payment and monthly mortgage payments, homeowners invest 500 hours of labor (sweat equity) into building their Habitat house and the houses of others. Habitat houses are sold to partner families at no profit and financed with affordable loans.

Handicap Ramps

Habitat’s Handicap Ramp Build was created due to the lack of Wheelchair ramps in our communities. Over two million people with mobility issues are physically unable to leave their houses and have become imprisoned. Our mission is to help transform lives from the lives of people in need that we serve. If you need a ramp, please complete the application form and return it to the office via email or postal mail.

Critical Home Repair

Our CHR program helps low-income homeowners who are affected by age, disability, or family circumstances and who struggle to maintain the integrity of their homes. Critical Home Repair is designed to pursue our strategic goal of helping to transform and strengthen communities so that those who reside in them will be able to live and grow into all that God intends for them.
